Where can your already licensed products be found?

99% of what we do is help inventors in bringing their products to market. Pacific World Marketing can help you take your patented ideas to the next level.

“We didn’t invent marketing, we just perfected it.“

As one of the top successors in the Patent Industry, we focus on working only with marketable ideas and helping inventors obtain a license agreement.

In order to determine if your patented product is marketable, we will need to complete our product review. We do not charge for the review because we first need to determine if we can assist with the marketing of your patent. Depending on the complexity of your product, the review can take approximately 3-4 days to complete. All of the information we gather during the review will be shared with you.

The product review consists of our directors compiling a competitive analysis to determine if there is in fact a market for your product. We can never promise you that we can assist with the marketing, but we can promise to provide an unbiased professional opinion. If for some reason the product is not selected, please do not take it personally; although the company was founded on the idea of helping inventors, there are many factors to take into consideration when selecting a patented product to represent.

Unfortunately as every product is different, it is impossible for us to have a preset marketing expense. Call and speak to one of our Directors and they can take the time to evaluate cost and marketability for your patented idea before you put any money into the product.

We review for free, and share all the information we find with you. R&D stands for Research and Development; notice Research comes first.

It’s no secret that in any business the goal is to keep your overhead as low as possible, unfortunately in every business there is always an overhead.

Your patent is your business. If you want your business to thrive and be successful, like anything else, there will be money involved. If you speak with one of our Directors, they will explore the different options and how we can help you with your overhead and/or upfront costs.

It’s impossible to gauge how long it can take until a product is licensed and making money. There are many different factors to take into consideration, but one of the biggest is that as an inventor who is looking for a license agreement (and as a product licensing agent) we rely heavily on the manufacturers who license from us. If the company is not in the position to license a product due to financial reasons or other company policies, we can't prevent that. But, our outlook on that is: stay patient and persistent and the product will make it.

We have products in Walmart, Target, Sears, Rite-Aid, CVS, Channel 5, Oprah Magazine, and many more.

You can see a list of some businesses carrying our products on our “In Stores” page located on the top right!
